ARTICLE 1: DEFINITIONS

The General Conditions of Use

“Information” refers to all content and publications accessible on the Site.

“User” refers to any natural person who has access to the Site, regardless of where they are and how they are connected to the Site.

To create an account, the User must provide a contact address (e-mail address), a password and identification details (title, surname, first name, date of birth).

The creation of an account is compulsory for a first order on the Site. Subsequent orders will require connection to this account.

The User undertakes to provide accurate information when creating his/her account and to update it regularly. The User agrees not to create an account under the identity of a third party.

The User is responsible for protecting his/her account. Users are advised to use a strong password and to limit its use to this account. BERTRAND DWORAK declines all responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from the User's failure to comply with the foregoing.

ARTICLE 5: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Information provided on the Site may only be used for strictly personal purposes. Any use made for commercial purposes or for any other purpose is purely and simply forbidden.

BERTRAND DWORAK is the owner or holder of the rights and of all the elements that make up this site, in particular the data and photos. The trademarks of the publisher of the www.atelier-eloi.com site and its products, as well as the logos appearing on the site, are registered trademarks.

In addition, the elements present on the Site are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code and international treaties and agreements dealing with provisions relating to the protection of copyright. Any modification, representation or reproduction, in whole or in part, other than for private use, is strictly forbidden. This prohibition applies regardless of the method of reproduction, representation and/or modification, and regardless of its duration.

These GCU are governed in all respects by Polish law. They have been drafted in the French language, which will in all cases be considered the official language.

ARTICLE 9: MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

If any provision of these GCU is declared null and void or inapplicable in application of a law, regulation or following a final court decision, it shall be deemed unwritten and the other provisions shall remain in force.
The contractual relationship between BERTRAND DWORAK and the User is governed solely by the provisions of these GCU.

In accordance with the regulations, we inform you that the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform (OS). You can contact the European Commission's arbitration board in the event of a dispute. We undertake to comply with the legal provisions concerning the protection of personal data and the use of cookies.
